Utrecht Convention Bureau presents itself at IMEX Frankfurt 2024
From May 14 – 16, 2024, Utrecht Convention Bureau (UCB) will be at IMEX Frankfurt: Europe’s largest trade show for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry. This annual event brings together professionals from around the world to exchange ideas, make contacts and explore the latest industry trends.

Why IMEX?
IMEX Frankfurt is an important event where places and service providers can showcase what they have to offer. For UCB, this fair is a great opportunity to tell people from all over the world about Utrecht and why it is the place to hold international conferences and events. It allows us to show them directly how Utrecht can meet their needs, whether for large conferences or exclusive meetings. It helps us publicize Utrecht’s diversity of venues, easy accessibility and friendly environment. By being present, we can ensure that event planners know all about our city’s potential for hosting successful and memorable events.

What will we do?
At IMEX, UCB will highlight Utrecht’s unique advantages as a convention and event destination. Utrecht is known for its excellent accessibility, with frequent 30-minute train connections to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and a wide range of hotel options within walking distance of major venues such as the Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs. The city’s informal and professional atmosphere makes it the perfect “feel at home” destination for event organizers and visitors.

UCB is represented by our colleague Monique André de la Porte and Manon Zakai of Hotel Service Utrecht. Together with our valued partners at Hotel Service Utrecht, Royal Jaarbeurs and the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC), Monique and Manon will be available throughout the event. Whether you are planning a small business meeting or a large conference, our team will provide information and solutions that highlight Utrecht’s accessibility and facilities.
