Brand-new food concept coming soon to Hotel Ernst Sillem Hoeve!
The new concept puts freshness, regional fare, less waste, and interaction between guests and staff center stage.

As well as an open kitchen, the restaurant will feature various novelties, from cooking on stone to a BeefCraft for grilled perfection, and homemade salads presented in a Cool-Spot open cooling system for the ultimate fresh-food experience. "This new setup lets us more fully cater to our guest's wishes and tap into new food trends and developments," explains Director Alex Huften. "With more options for groups, for instance, like shared plates and live cooking. It's about giving our guests a culinary experience, combined with organic and sustainable local products. The kitchen crew led by our new chef, Ronald Hansman, will be bringing this new concept together."

Included in the plans are the restaurant, bar, and adjacent conference room, which will be completely restyled using natural materials that amplify defining elements of the green surroundings.

To complete the renovation, Hotel Ernst Sillem Hoeve will be closed from July 21 to August 19, 2018. The restaurant will reopen on Monday, August 20, when everyone from casual diners to corporate groups will be able to enjoy the new dining concept.

Situated in the wooded surrounds of Lage Vuursche, 10 miles outside Utrecht, Hotel Ernst Sillem Hoeve has 20 meeting rooms and 85 hotel rooms. The meeting rooms range from approximately 129 to 1776 square feet and combine modern facilities with the grandeur of the past to offer a stately and inspiring location for corporate gatherings of up to 175 people.
