Congress and Meeting Facilities

One of the first questions that arises during the organisation of a congress or event, is to choose the location where the congress can be held.

Basically there are three types of locations, or a combination of these can be made:

The Convention Centers:
Utrecht has several Convention Centers with a variety of modern rooms and technical facilities to host both smaller and larger congresses, meetings or events.

The Hotels:
The hotels in Utrecht have many meeting rooms. Depending on the size of your conference, these meeting rooms can used wholly or partially.

Special Locations:
Special locations, such as churches, museums, theaters, historic buildings and boats, can be a welcome change from the usual. These locations are often also used for dinners, receptions and other special events during a conference.
